Friday, April 21 in the morning, the funeral of police officers Pierre-Paul Junior Dorcé, Agent II (25th Promotion), Robenson Nicolas, Agent II (26th Promotion), and Médaise Fortilien Claude, Agent I (28th Promotion), killed on April 9 in Thomassin by armed bandits https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-39265-haiti-insecurity-3-police-officers-fall-under-the-murderous-bullets-of-the-ti-makak-gang.html were sung in the Baptist Church on the Rock, in Delmas 31

The funeral ceremony took place in the presence of Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), members of the High Command, police officers of all ranks and grades, Enold Joseph Minister of Defense, the Representative of the Minister of Justice and Public Security, the Minister of the Environment, Jameson Cadet, among others, parents, friends and relatives of the police officers, grieving over this mourning.

These 3 police officers were promoted to a higher rank posthumously by Frantz Elbé, the Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH)

Speaking in the circumstances, Frantz Elbé saluted the memory of these valiant police officers who were victims in the exercise of their duties during a patrol in Thomassin.
