In a circular dated March 15, 2023, Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of National Education informs the university community in particular, that as of this circular no request for authorization to operate an Educational Establishment will not be received.

In addition, in accordance with the decree of June 30, 2020 on the Organization, Operation and Modernization of Higher Education, the renewal of accreditations for university programs is now subject to an independent evaluation (Articles 5-1. 33, 38, 39 and 40) .

This circular falls within the framework of quality assurance mechanisms leading to international accreditations, university degrees and student mobility.
