On Wednesday, the Ministry of Defense, informed of the actions of ill-intentioned individuals pretending to be soldiers, made the duty to remind everyone the the press release of Thursday, April 5, 2018 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24063-haiti-notice-the-ministry-warns-and-threatens-the-fake-soldiers.html prohibiting the wearing of military uniforms to any citizen not belonging to a legally constituted military organization.
"Once again, the Ministry of Defense warns any individual or organized group against destabilizing acts intended to disturb public order.
Failing by these individuals or organized groups to comply, it will be taken against them such sanctions as right."

This obviously was not enough to discourage recidivism.
