iciHaiti - Training : Handing of two strategic documents on trades and skills in Haiti 17/02/2023 08:27:46 These are two strategic documents that will enable the Ministry of National Education, on the one hand, to address the problem of unvalued trades, and on the other hand, to have a tool capable of contributing to the recovery the professional level of teachers. These two studies, which mobilized more than a hundred students across the country, were conducted by the firm Cefie Conseil of Dr. Guichard Doré. The RNME participates in the efforts made by national authorities to establish links between skills, qualifications, certifications, work organization and the development of human resources. The RNME contains 10 occupational groups, 97 occupational subgroups; it identifies 102 occupational families, 1,774 trades, professions and positions. As for the Teacher's Professional Skills Framework (RCPE), it comprises 16 skills, 133 components or capacities and 290 observable facts reflecting the real skills of the teacher.
