iciHaiti - Justice : USAID helps the Superior Council of the Judiciary
The U.S. government is determined and committed to continue to assist Haiti in its quest for efficient and accessible justice for all its citizens.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has helped the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) to organize and conduct 25 missions of the Technical Certification Commission in 54 cities.

These missions investigated the professional and ethical background of judges and government commissioners.

The data gathered allowed the CSPJ to review 86 files of judges and prosecutors.

This process was essential to ensure judicial integrity.
