Thus, after an initial selection of 64 projects, field visits took place through the ten departments of the country in order to confirm the viability of the projects, the needs of the communities and the strength of the organizations. At the end of these visits, 25 projects were selected for the third phase and representatives of the organizations in question were invited to Port-au-Prince to support them in front of the jury. This year, the Foundation team has taken the decision to hold various award ceremonies in the departments due to travel limitations across the country.
