Friday, December 4 at the Residence de France, the Ambassador of France, José Gomez accredited in Haiti, decorated with the order of academic palms during a cocktail organized in their honor Bérard Cenatus (Officer), Evens Emmanuel (Officer) and Patrick Attié (Chevalier).

Two former Prime Ministers, Mrs. Michelle Pierre Louis and Jacques Edouard Alexis as well as personalities from the world of education attended the ceremony.

In his speech, the Ambassador emphasized the remarkable contribution to the world of education in Haiti of these three recipients. He particularly highlighted their contribution in areas fundamental to the development and future of the country, such as the environment and new technologies.

The Embassy of France once again sends its warmest congratulations to the three newly decorated.
