iciHaiti - Diaspora : The Central Directorate of the Border Police received at the Consulate of Haiti in Paris

As part of her mission of assistance to the Haitian community in France, Ms. Wedlyne François Pierre, the Consul General of Haiti in Paris accompanied by Joseph Henrilus Jinius, Consul, Rosalvo Janvier, Head of the Legal Department and Lindor Panel, Head of the Department des Passports received this week a delegation from the Central Directorate of Border Police (DCPAF). Led by Commander Thierry Moulin who was accompanied by Peacekeepers Fabien Rigolet and Michael Courla.

This meeting was for the Consul General and her team, the opportunity to discuss cooperation in terms of respecting the rights of our compatriots with the French authorities in order to be able to establish harmonious working relations between the two institutions.

It should be noted that the DCPAF is a specialized directorate of the French national police which is responsible for controlling immigration and borders in France. It ensures enhanced European and operational coordination, in particular via its 10 police and customs cooperation centers (CCPD) with Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland and with its 4 joint police stations put in place with Germany.
