iciHaiti - Insecurity : Two Magistrates Associations ask judges not to go to court 31/10/2019 10:26:15
Jean Wilner Morin President of the National Association of Haitian Magistrates (ANAMAH) and Wando Saint-Villier President of the Professional Association of Magistrates (APM), deplore the violence that has lasted for at least 7 weeks and are very concerned about the insecurity and degradation of the rule of law due to the paralysis of the courts and the dysfunction of the judiciary https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29107-haiti-news-zapping.html and invite judges to make caution and not to go to court until measures are taken to ensure their safety.

They also condemn the attacks perpetrated by unidentified individuals against a Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Government of the Procuratorate of Port-au-Prince and a Justice of Peace at the Kenscoff Peace Court.
