iciHaiti - Football : 3rd division championship, AS Delmas promoted in D2

On December 28 on the lawn of Stade Sylvio Cator, AS Delmas won the national championship of third division after its victory in the shootout against SC Gascogne of Mirebalais [0-0, 3-1 a.b.]

The Delmassiens who will play in second division next year, have just won their first national trophy thanks to the ability of players to win matches in penalty shooting after periods of regulation in these playoffs. It is in all 4 matches won by this team in shoot-out sessions.

The national coordinator of this competition, Peterson Désormau was delighted to have led the competition to its final sporting decision and we now know the 4 teams that reach D2 for this season :

AS Delmas SC;
Gascogne de Mirebalais;
Paloma des Cayes;
Anse-à-foleur FC.
