More than 500 teachers in the first year of secondary in the West Department participate in these exchanges which aim to inform and clarify the process of implementation of the New Secondary while inculcating notions of training on the competency-based approach, the educational programs, the training modules and the educational sheets on the renovated Secondary. In his speech, Miloody Vincent, the Director of Communication of the Ministry of Education recalled the concerns of the Minister of National Education regarding the failings concerning the implementation of the renovated Secondary and the will of the Minister to make corrections for the success of this important reform of the Haitian education system.
