Ángel Escobar, the second Vice President of Almería welcomed them on an entrepreneurial land that is currently one of the key economic engines for Spain declared "In the visit you will make to our province these days, the agricultural sector is without a doubt one of our main pillars distinguished by its high level of innovation and development. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in Almería and that it will be useful to you for the big project that you realize in your country." The Haitian delegation united for the same purpose of stimulating Haiti's economic growth to promote new sources of work contributing to poverty reduction, receives the support of the Haitian government through a public-private partnership to develop a development plan in progress of design, in which the province of Almería has a lot to contribute.
