The Deputy Mayor of Petit-Goâve, Délor Desgranges is victim of the management measures, somewhat "orthodox" and sometimes violent, of the Mayor of Petit-Goâve Limongy Jean whose reputation in this field is well established...
So Tuesday, April 3, the mayor whose conflicts with his deputies are publicly known, decided to retain the pay check of the month of Deputy Mayor Desgranges.
The Deputy Mayor Delor Desgranges, furious, severely criticizes the mayor's attitude recalling "I am not an employee of Limongy. He does not have the right to keep my check [...] He has exceeded his limits," granting a free day to the Mayor for the latter to give him his check, after this deadline, he promises to recover his check by force if necessary.
