Wednesday, March 21, Nosalitho Soliman, the Coordinator of the Cartel CASEC of the 12th communal section of Petit-Goâve, declared at the microphone of the Radio preference, to have been victim on the one hand of an aggression and on the other hand insults and threats from Mayor Limongy in the afternoon.
