iciHaiti - Quebec : A Haitian-Canadian sentenced to 4 years in prison 01/02/2018 07:36:03 Former owner of a seniors' residence in Montreal, he used his influence and blackmail to use as "mule" Francine Desormaux, a "vulnerable" woman, employed in the residence, to import cocaine from Haiti. Francine Desormeaux was arrested on March 8, 2011, with about a kilo of cocaine hidden in her panties at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, while she was making her third trip on behalf of Dejean Victor.
