iciHaiti - Literature : A Franco-Haitian finalist of a Grand Prix of Literature 13/09/2017 10:05:22 Jean-René Lemoine, a writer, actor and director who is little known in Haiti, was born in 1959 in Haiti, whom he left at the age of two to settle in Zaire with his father, a Unesco official . He traveled to several countries in Europe, before settling in France more than twenty years ago. He has already been awarded for his play Erzuli Dahomey, goddess of love, who received the SACD Prize for French-language dramaturgy in 2009. A play which entered the repertoire of the Comédie-Française in 2012 at the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier. IH/ iciHaiti
