iciHaiti - Diaspora : 2nd Edition of Haitian Cuisine Day 14/08/2017 09:20:54
The objective of the meeting was to finalize the preparations and to consider the contribution of the Consular Mission to this cultural event. Recall that the Day of Haitian cuisine was created in order to make discover the Haitian culinary art, bringing together in one place several restaurateurs and caterers of the Community. This initiative highlights not only the rich Haitian cuisine, but also the talents, professionalism and creativity of the participants. It also opens for them of business opportunities in cultural communities in Quebec and Canada.
