In the official newspaper Le Moniteur N°1 of the 172nd year, dated Tuesday, January 3, 2017, one law, 3 decrees, one convention and a resolution have been published.

They are :

- The law regulating school fees, voted in the Senate of the Republic on 10 September 2009 and in the Chamber of Deputies on 13 September 2009.

- the Order constituting the Board of Directors of the Road Maintenance Fund (FER);
- the Order constituting the Board of Directors of the National Directorate of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA);
- the Order appointing the citizen Phanuel Saintfleur, Vice-delegate of the arrondissement of Limbé.

- the Convention between the Haitian State and the Protestant Federation of Haiti (FPH);

- the Resolution #1 of the Council of Ministers of 23 December 2016 (Resolution of NATCOM).
