The Miami Dolphins continue their commitment to Hurricane Matthew relief efforts with members of the organization.

This Friday, the football player Terrence Fede and cheerleader Amina, both of Haitian descent, along with Moore, Jenkins and Dolphins staff have traveled to Haiti for a visit of several hours, to deliver medical supplies, safe water solutions and generators to help rebuild homes.

The visit is arranged in conjunction with the City of North Miami and the North Miami Police Department. Throughout the month of October, the Dolphins have worked closely with community partners, staff and fans to pack hygiene kits with Project Medishare with assistance from Publix Super Markets that will be delivered during the visit.

Additionally, the Dolphins have partnered with Surge for Water to provide short- and long-term solutions such as water purification tablets as well as household and community water filters. The Dolphins also will equip a new mobile resource unit with a water filtration system that will travel to the most heavily impacted areas.
