Monday Gerson Constant, the new Vice delegate of the arrondissement of Léogâne appointed on 18 October by the de facto President Jocelerme Privert https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18975-haiti-flash-privert-has-already-made-more-than-90-nominations-and-he-continues.html was sworn in Petit-Goâve courthouse in the presence of local authorities, the Deputy Germain Fils Alexandre and Mayor Jean Samson Limongy.

In his statement of circumstance, Gerson Constant declared "[...] The task is not easy, but I promise not to unworthy of the confidence placed in me to strengthen State authority in this arrondissement victim recently of the devastating hurricane Matthew [...]
