Michel-Ange Gédéon he Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), inform all private and public organizations, local or international in particular, that from now, any transportation of equipment and foods to the departments affected by Hurricane Matthew should be subject to planning with the PNH, in order to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the convoy.

The General Directorate of the National Police of Haiti relies on understanding and cooperation of all for the strict implementation of this measure.
