iciHaiti - Diaspora : MTIC participates in the 5th annual conference of the NAAHP
Haiti has shown its support to its diaspora, by participating in the 5th annual of the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) who stood on Washington to the Howard University (considered as the Mecca of black culture in the United States) from 29 September to 1 October 2016.

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) has reiterated its involvement in the activities of the diaspora and maintained its position of gate between Haiti and its community in Washington. Several personalities and institutions whose Haitian Goodwill Ambassador Ms. Danielle St. Lot, the Deputy of Pétion-ville, Jerry Tardieu and the Director of Sogebank Guy Supplice, to name a few, have also made the trip to the event, which is becoming more large every year. The ministry and the Marriott Hotel, ensured the promotion of tourism in Haiti during this activity.

Let's recall that the NAAHP represents since 2011, a major social and economic platform (non-profit), Haitian professionals in a wide variety of fields, wishing to unite the forces of Haiti across the world around common goals and work together to boost the participation of Haitian professionals in the development of Haiti.
