iciHaiti - Sports : Things are moving in the baseball world in Haiti

As part of a clinics program for Haitian youth baseball players, Gardy Cyrique Prophète, President of the Haitian Association of Baseball and Softball (AHBS), announces the visit to Haiti on September 30 of two baseball teams from Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
The clinics will be held on the site of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC) in Croix des Bouquets and to the Sports Center of Hope in Canaan. The objective of these clinics is to familiarize our Haitian players to high-level baseball and in this perspective, the AHBS plans to host at least one foreign team once a month over a period of one year. These operations are supported by the Consulate of Haiti in Santo Domingo, the MJSAC, the Haitian Olympic Committee (COH) and the Technical Commission of Borders (CTF).
