The PNH confirms the existence of a warrant against Me Michel

Godson Aurélus, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) confirmed the existence of a warrant against Me André Michel, regarding the question of the ability to execute this mandate he declardd, "A judge can notmake the arrest of an individual, it is the task of the police [...] Until the laws and Constitution of the country will remain in effect, the PNH remains the arm of justice," adding that the law shows how and when you can execute a warrant.
