Panic in two Lycées of Cap-Haitien
This Monday unknown persons threw several tear gas grenades into the Lycées Philippe Guerrier and Jean-Baptiste Boukman while students were in classrooms, causing panic situations and some wounded. Several students in shock or bothered by the gas had to be transported to the Justinian Hospital in Cap Haitien.

Dominican Republic donated 2 million plants
The Dominican Ministry of Environment announced a donation to Haiti of 2 million seedlings to reforest the common border. Manuel Serrano, Dominican Deputy Minister of Forest Resources recalled that the Dominican Republic (39.7% forest cover), has planted in 2013 on its territory, about 13 million trees of pine, mahogany, cedar, acacia and other species. Stressing that the Dominican authorities are willing that Haiti improve its forest layer (less than 2%), given that the two countries share the same island.

Petition of the Haitian diaspora in Quebec
