5 Haitians are working on theconstruction site of the Arena da Baixada (Curitiba, Brazil), which is being expanded and renovated to host matches of the 2014 World Cup, the stadium will host 4 matches of the FIFA World Cup.

Sponsorship and philanthropy in culture

23 and 24 Octobers in Petionville, held roundtable discussions and exchange on the role of sponsorship and philanthropy in the development of culture. These meetings, organized by the "Collectif 2004 images" in association with the culture creation Foundation, aimed to reflect on ways to mobilize to put the sponsorship and philanthropy at the service of the Haitian culture.

Digicel already built 100 schools

With the recent openings of: National School of Goyavier, the National School of Moussignac the National School Bas Pinal, the National School of Ranquitte, and the Shhool Marie Reine Immaculée the Digicel Haiti Foundation announced that it had reached the 100 schools already built across the country, on a target of 150 by the 2014 school year. Currently, more than 36,000 children attend a school in Haiti built by the Digicel Foundation.

Policy support to the creation

As part of its policy to support the creation, a team from the Ministry of Culture visited the artists and artisans who have been trained as instructors of the National School of Arts (ENART) and other monitors from the Salézien brothers.

3 new Community restaurants
