The U17 Women's Selection crushes Guyana 19-0
Wednesday in the Dominican Republic within the qualifiers for the World Cup U-17 women of the FIFA n 2014, the Haitian women's team, coached by James Morisset, in his first match, the team has crushed the team of Guyana (British Guiana) 19-0 and took first place in the group. Friday, August 23 our selection will face Grenada before playing Sunday, August 25 against the local selection of the Dominican Republic in order to get the unique qualification place giving access to the second round, to be held in October 2014 in Puerto Rico.

Appointment of two new Directors General
By Presidential Decree, the following appointments were made within the Public Administration: Jean Errol Morose was appointed Director General of the State Electricity of Haiti (ED'H) and Mr. Maxo Erick Val is named Director General of the National Institute of Agrarian Reform (INARA).

Project "Map of Haiti" signature of an agreement
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) and the unit e-governance of the Haitian Government for the implementation of system of geo-referenced information for managing project "Map of Haiti".
