Submission of the draft electoral law today ?

According to the Deputy Louis-Jeune citing an unnamed source generally well informed... the draft electoral law should be delivered this Friday June 28th to the Head of State. The Deputy hope that President Martelly will consult his advisers this weekend in order to forward the bill to Parliament on Monday.

A Commission to amend the law on transnational fraud !

After the postponement of vote on the law on transnational fraud, at an unspecified date, the deputies asks the formation of a committee to amend this document that they consider too complex and too restrictive and define the term terrorism in Haiti. Preparations for the World Tourism Day

The team of Northern Regional Office of the Ministry of Tourism met earlier this week to decide on the proposal for a program of activities for the World Tourism Day, which is officially held in the Maldives on Friday, September 27 around the official theme "Tourism and water ; protect our common future."

Donation of 6 ambulances

This Friday, thanks to a fund disbursed by the World Bank and managed by the Economic and Social Assistance Fund, the Ministry of Health will receive a lot of material to strengthen its actions, under the Program Urgent Response to Cholera (PRUC). This donation include among others, 6 ambulances that will be distributed into 6 departments country [Artibonite, Centre, Grand'Anse, Nippes, SouthEast and South]. FAES has also acquired 6 other vehicles whose 4 pick-up in March and two Nissan Patrol. These vehicles will be used for monitoring and technical supervision of the Ministry of Health.
