The Protector of Citizens in Saint Martin

Florence Élie, the Protector of Citizens in Haiti, attends the Seventh Conference of the Association of Caribbean Ombudsmen (CAROA), held in Saint Martin (French Antille), from 5 to 9 May 2013. U.S. $10 million for the construction of the campus of Damien
