At the invitation of the Minustah, Uder Antoine, General Coordinator of the Office of Human Resources Management (OMRH), accompanied by Elie Jean Philippe, Coordinator of the Public Service of the OMRH, has presented the progress, challenges and issues of the Administrative Reform and of the Public Service. As part of the implementation of the reform, the Minustah contributes to the strengthening of the decentralization and local governance in Haiti with a particular focus on the strengthening of capacities of local communities, of decentralized services of the State and Civil Society. Tourism Development Plan of the île-à-Vache Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism has arrived in Venezuela Saturday, May 4. Ms. Villedrouin will present as part of 7th Summit of Petrocaribe one of the most important projects of the administration Martelly-Lamothe, to reposition of Haiti as a new tourist destination in the Caribbean : Tourism Development Plan of the île-à-Vache.
