A new Bureau was elected at the head of the National Council of Electoral Observation, CNO, it is composed of: Patrick Labbée, General Coordinator; Kenson Polynices, Deputy Coordinator; Belotte Joachim, Secretary General; Myrtha Douyon, Assistant Secretary; Barthélemy Amboise, Treasurer and Delpé Jacques, Assistant Treasurer. CFI's mission in Jacmel Mrs. Elodie Lefort of the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) conducted a mission of two Planners, Landon Anderson and John Williams of the Williams Architects firm of New Orleans in Jacmel.
