After 14 years of active service in the Armed Forces of Haiti, Patrick Bastien has successively held the positions of Deputy Director in the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration, Chargé de Mission in the same Directorate, official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Member of Cabinet of the previous and the current Minister of Justice and Public Safety. Distribution in the prisons in St. Marc and Gonaives After the Prison for Women in Petion-Ville, and the National Penitentiary in Port-au-Prince, Rose Anne Auguste, the Minister Delegate in Charge of Human Rights and the Fight against Poverty Extreme, went Saturday, March 9 in St. Marc and to the prison of Gonaïves to proceed with a distribution of various supplies to meet the urgent needs of prisoners.
