The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Chicago has a duty to remember that February is known throughout the world as the "Black History Month". The departmental head of the Office of Traffic of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) and the Director of the driving school of Aquin showed the drivers how to behave to avoid accidents.
