Environmental program "Bonjour 2013" Donald parison, the Director General of the Metropolitan Solid Waste Collection Service (SMCRS) announces the launch of a new program "Bonjour 2013", which will begin December 5, 2012 and ending January 5, 2013, aims to clean up the Haitian capital during the holiday season. The population will have to collect items in polystyrene.
