Haiti - News : Some news here and there... 22/11/2012 14:32:09 During 2012, the Dominican National Directorate for Drug Control (DNCD) arrested 629 people, including Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rican, Dominican, American, Italian, Canadian, French, Russian, Uganda, Czechs, Belgians and 484 Haitians. These people were charged for use and trafficking of drugs in separate incidents in the Dominican Republic. The most important traffickers are Colombian, Venezuelan and Puerto Rican, formed in powerful gang with connections in Europe and the United States.
