The best photos of the Carnival of Flowers The jury of the contest "The best photos of the Carnival of Flowers" deliberated and selected the two winners of the contest and the photos to be included in the book of Carnival of flowers. The contest results will be announced on Tuesday, 18 September 2012, at 11:00 am in the premises of Ministry, by Mario Dupuy, Minister of Culture, in the presence of the jury and photographers who submitted photos for the contest.
