Smarck Michel died [1937 - 2012]
Smarck Michel, born in Saint-Marc March 29, 1937, former Prime Minister of Haiti, died this morning at the age of 75 years. In February 1991, he was appointed Minister of Trade and Industry and held this position from February 19 to June 14, 1991. Then he was chosen as Prime Minister (3rd President) by President Jean Bertrand Aristide and ratified by Parliament on November 6, 1994.
