Increase in the cost of the landing card
Léon Ronsard Saint-Cyr, the Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities, announced to the airlines, land and maritime transporter sserving the Republic of Haiti, that following the efforts made by the Haitian government to modernize the services of Immigration and Emigration to the various ports of entry, the fee on the landing card will be 200 Gourdes per passenger disembarked from 1 December 2012.

Awareness in the streets in anticipation of the passage of ISAAC

Results of the Baccalaureate I and II
The Ministry of Education has informed that the results of the regular session of the baccalaureate exams 1st and 2nd parts are available for all academic departments of the country and school officials can remove the list of results, in their respective departmental direction. Medical training in Cuba
Within the framework of cooperation agreements in the field of education between Cuba and Haiti, 12 young Haitians leave Haiti this Friday to attend training at the University of Medical Sciences of Santiago de Cuba. The University of Santiago de Cuba, has trained since 2002, more than 800 Haitian doctors from all departments of Haiti. The selection of students is done at the national level, in departmental health facilities, through qualification examinations.
