The Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE), informs the members of the Haitian diaspora, eager to return to live permanently in Haiti, that they can benefit of customs facilities, through a certificate of transfer of residence issued by the mayor of the municipality or county, where they lived before their departure. End of the criminal assizes of Port-au-Prince The criminal assizes with and without assistance of a jury, who have begun July 16, 2012, in Port-au-Prince, ended Friday, August 10. 75 cases were heard. During these assizes 45 convictions were made, 4 acquittals, 18 case have been placed on hold and 9 hearings suspended including that of Director General of the Office of Insurance Against Third (OAVCT).
