The delegation of 5 parliamentarians who had traveled to the Dominican Republic to observe the conduct of the Presidential election of this country this week presented a summary of his observations. The country is not ready for the next elections For Harry Marsan, the Spokesman of the Organization of People in Struggle (OPL), no election can be organized seriously by the end of the year as envisaged by the Prime Minister, recalling that the OPL wanted the formation of a last Provisional Electoral Council of consensus, responsible for organizing these upcoming elections. For his part, Edouard Paultre Responsible of the Council of Haitian Non-State Actors (CONHANE), also feels that the technical conditions for holding elections in the country at the end of the year does not yet exist.
