Evans Paul criticism and advice
The Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe promised during the presentation of its General Policy in the Lower House, that future electoral contests will be held before the end of the year and that the President Martelly, will soon publish the amended Constitution of 1987. For Paul Evans, the leader of the Konvasyon Inite Demokratik (KID), "the Prime Minister exceeds his constitutional powers by fixing the date [?] of elections," recalling that "it is the responsibility of an independent CEP, whether temporary or permanent." Regarding the wishes of President Martelly, to publish the corrected version of the text of the amended Constitution, Evans Paul, elieves that the administration Martelly-Lamothe, should make arrangements for that at the end of the quinquennium, the amendment process is reproduced in full, rather than publishing a controversial text.
