Official launch of the second promotion of 25 civil servants-student
The Communication Office of the Prime Minister will proceed to the official launch of the 2nd promotion of 25 civil servants-student, recently accepted into the program of Master of Public Administration led by the Ecole Nationale d'Administration Publique (ENAP) in Quebec, Canada, as project manager, within the framework of Project for the Strengthening of Public Management (PARGEP). The ceremony will take place Monday, March 26, 2012 at 9:30 am, at the Karibe Convention Center.

An organic law voted for the OPC
Mrs. Florence Elie, the Protector of citizen (OPC) welcomed the interest of Parliament for the new Organic Law of the Office of the Protection of Citizen which was voted in session this week. Mrs. Elie, speaks of victory, as she says, "after 25 years, the Office of the Protection of Citizen ill finally be equipped with an organic law."

Arnel Bélizaire wants to put the President in accusation
Arnel Bélizaire who is currently in the United States of America on a mission to the Haitian Parliament, intends to ask the Assembly of Deputies to impeach the President of the Republic for forgery, use of false and breach of trust. The Parliamentary claims to have evidence that the current tenant of the National Palace had the habit of using a triple identity : Michel Martelly, Olivier Martelly and Michael J. Martelly...

Registration for those that have failed the baccalaureate 1st and 2nd part
The Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) inform that the registration of independent candidates, that have failed the exams of baccalaureate 1st and 2nd part, will be done from March 26 to April 13, 2012. Therefore the 10 departmental directorates of Education (DDE) are invited to take steps to facilitate the registration process in their area. Furthermore, MENFP reminded that the independent candidates that failed, enrolled in a regular school, can not stand as independent candidates, under penalty of being punished according to regulations. Requirements at time of registration : original of record of participation in the last bac exams or transcript of notes of MENFP ; two recent ID photos ; registration fee of two hundred fifty gourdes (250 gourdes). MENFP specifies that the session of "failed" will be held this year from 23 to 27 July 2012.

Documentation of undocumented in the Dominican Republic
In order to provide documentation of identity and promote the civil status of the Haitian population living in the bateys, the Consulate of Haiti in Santo Domingo sent a brigade of documentation to San Pedro de Macoris, this brigade has done its work with the advice and information of Scalabrini Sisters and the active participation of a group of owners of sugar cane. A bus loaded with food on a cargo flight of the USAF
The last of the 60.000 meals were loaded onto a school bus. The 570.000 meals and the bus will be loaded aboard a cargo plane of the USAF and transported to Haiti to help the youth in the country. The President of Children's Lifeline, a group working on this mission, will cook and deliver these meals hopefully within a month.
