Registration for continuing and professional training is not authorized. Applications to business schools, some engineering schools or Catholic institutes will not be considered (tuition fees, which are often high, cannot be covered by scholarships). Implementation of support : Management : In the event that your application has been accepted, the Cooperation Service of the French Embassy will then proceed to examine the files previously selected by the joint Franco-Haitian scholarship commission in conjunction with the French management body, Campus France, which will ensure: - Liaison with the scholarship recipient's host institution; - Payment of the monthly allowance; - Payment of training fees; - Getting the scholarship recipient started: booking and setting up prepaid plane tickets with the identified travel agencies. The award of a scholarship from the French Government allows you to obtain a visa (free) from the consular section of the French Embassy. However, it is necessary to respect the visa delivery deadlines and to anticipate your application. A Campus France welcome notice, containing all the useful information upon arrival in France, will be given to the scholarship holder, particularly for transfers to the provinces.
