In his speech, he reminded the young engineers that the DDO is the technical arm of the Ministry of Public Works and that all actions related to the implementation of road infrastructure projects must reflect the image of the Ministry as well as that of the Directorate. Eng. Rayond recalled that since the beginning of the fiscal year, the Directorate has been managing several construction sites that are in the execution phase simultaneously, and took the opportunity to provide an overview of the various construction sites. He indicated that all these construction sites as well as others that will follow have a common interest for the Ministry. He asked the engineers to pay particular attention to them for their full success in record time. While praising their dedication and professional commitment, the director also asked these engineering collaborators to combine much more efforts for this new year. For their part, the engineers welcomed this initiative which they consider commendable at a crucial time facing the country.
