As part of the ongoing drainage works at Ravine Zetriye to prevent further flooding in the city, the municipal administration of Cap-Haitien informs the entire population that from Sunday, November 10, 2024, the road will be cut off at street 0 A.
In this sense, all large trucks and trailers will have to pass through the bridge on street 5 to enter and exit the city. This is why the City Hall asks all vendors to enter the market and leave the street free for traffic.
Other vehicles entering the city can go through Lafossette to exit at street 1 A. This alternative route is one-way. And vehicles leaving the city can take street 2 H to exit through the old slaughterhouse. This route will also be one-way. This work will not last more than 6 weeks. The Municipal Administration is counting on everyone's collaboration and understanding. But above all the cooperation of the sellers to free the road so that the cars can pass without worries.
