iciHaiti - Maritime Transport : Maersk, activities suspended to and from Haiti
Due to the ongoing violent unrest in Haiti, disrupting normal activities in the port of Port-au-Prince, Maersk (the world's second largest container ship operator behind MSC) reminds in its 5th update that since September 27, 2024, all new bookings to and from Haiti are suspended.

For bookings already confirmed but for which no container has been assigned, we kindly ask you not to position those containers until further notice to avoid further costs or losses to our customers and to Maersk.

In transit shipments will be held at their current port.

Maersk will keep you informed of new developments.
