Dr. Georges Fils Brignol, Minister of Public Health, accompanied by members of his cabinet and some technical and financial partners of the Ministry (MSF, ALIMA, etc...), recently visited the "Isaïe Jeanty et Léon Audain" maternity hospital (Chancerelles), closed since February 2024, with a view to planning the resumption of health activities within the institution.

During this visit, the Minister mainly focused on the renovation of the operating room, on the necessary equipment and materials and on health infrastructure in general.

As part of the discussions, employees made specific requests such as buses to facilitate the transport of staff, ambulances for the medical transport of patients, the strengthening of building security and a Director for the management of the institution...
