On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, accompanied by Rameau Normil, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), visited the base of the Kenyan contingents of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MMSS), located in Clercine (Commune of Tabarre),
He then met with Rameau Normil, at the Diplomatic Lounge of Toussaint Louverture International Airport.
The "strengthening of the operational capacities of the PNH and the MMSS and strategies to dismantle gang hotbeds" were at the center of the agenda of this meeting.
