The CNE has a workforce of 1,084 people, 26% women, 74% men. The personnel who are really active will not lose their jobs. The CNE has 715 heavy machines, of which 469 (65.6%) are broken down, 163 (22.7%) are in working order, 57 (8%) are totally destroyed and 26 (3.6%) are damaged. The national inventory of the CNE equipment that will be transferred under the responsibility of the Army of Haiti.
