U.S. Ambassador Dennis Hankins met this week with 25 successful participants of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) program in Cap-Haïtien

The meeting featured an intensive and dynamic mentoring session, during which Ambassador Hankins engaged in one-on-one discussions with each of the entrepreneurs to better understand their businesses and aspirations.

He also highlighted the U.S. Embassy’s commitment to supporting women-led businesses through the AWE program, emphasizing its impact on strengthening local businesses and contributing to sustainable development.

The meeting highlighted the Embassy’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial talent and strengthening its support for women’s economic leadership in Haiti.
